This is my true statement of the origin, formation and organization of AEMF LLC and AEMF Autistic Foundation LLC. – Donald Ray Lykins

In 2025 I started noticing that a huge number of people I was talking to, had Autistic children. For example of the Rowan County Kentucky PVA office that employs 3 women who have children, 2 of those 3 women had Autistic children. In Fleming County Kentucky the County Clerks office employed 5 women and 2 of those women had Autistic children. In fact currently 1 out of 31 children are now Autistic and while a number of heath issues today are impacted by EMF Radiation our focus is on the impact on Autism.
I am 65 years old and a life long martial artist and every morning I jog from 20 minutes to an hour or longer. To me, jogging is extremely calming and meditative and a chance for me to talk with God. One morning I was talking with God about the number of parents of Autistic children, and the devastation those parents must feel when they learn that the joy they felt from having a baby being replaced with the devastating news that their baby was autistic and I reached what I call a “Meditative Moment”, some call it “A Moment of Clarity”.
45 minutes later when my run was done, I had formulated the following business plan: Form a “For Profit” Company funding a “Non-Profit” Company dedicated to finding viable treatments of, and perhaps finding a cure for, Autism. Almost immediately and with relative ease the AEMF companies came together, almost as if the entire concept was blessed.
AEMF LLC is an Affiliate Marketing, For Profit, Company offering healthful products while providing funding for Autism Research through, AEMF Autistic Foundation LLC.
AEMF LLC operates as any other For-Profit Company in America while the Non-Profit AEMF Autistic Foundation LLC, a 501c3 company, spends 100% of every dollar raised by AEMF Autistic Foundation LLC on Autism, with 0% being paid out in overhead.
To be crystal clear, if AEMF Autistic Foundation LLC raises a dollar for Autistic Research every penny is spent on Autism endeavors, I, as the President of AEMF Autistic Foundation LLC, DO NOT receive a penny in pay nor any reimbursements for my personal expenses from AEMF Autistic Foundation LLC. (The head of our Legal Department, who has an Autistic Grandchild, also does not receive a check for his services and neither does any other officer of AEMF Autistic Foundation LLC.)
These pledges are not being made lightly as: “For the head of a nonprofit, lying about money can break several laws, leading to both criminal and civil charges. These legal violations include federal crimes like wire fraud and mail fraud, state-level embezzlement and larceny charges, and tax offenses enforced by the IRS.” Since I know making false claims about the spending of monies raised by AEMF Autistic Foundation LLC would probably result in my imprisonment for the rest of life, be assured every dollar raised will be spent the way donors intended.
Anyone, however, who donates their time, money or anything of value to AEMF Autistic Foundation LLC, will receive a donation coupon they can use for credit on their taxes, just the same as a donation to any other 501c3 corporation.
As President of AEMF LLC and AEMF Autistic Foundation LLC, I also hereby pledge to donate ten percent (10%) of any income I make from AEMF LLC to AEMF Autistic Foundation LLC and I invite all other Affiliates and Employees, who wish to do so, to be secure in the knowledge that every cent of their contribution will go to combat the rise in Autism.
Our goal: While our products, designed to offset the impact of Electro Magnetic Radiation, may not be the only answer to Autism, however, having thousands of affiliates generating millions of dollars for Autistic research could help find the answer. Maybe together we can make a difference.

What is EMF Radiation
Electro Magnetic Fields
Electro Magnetic Fields, are physical fields made up of an electrical field and a magnetic field.
These fields are present wherever there is electricity, such as in power lines, electrical appliances, wi-fi , and even cell phones.
When these electric and magnetic fields interact, they propagate as waves, forming electromagnetic radiation.
Are Electro Magnetic Fields New?
Prior to Thomas Edison received his patent for the light bulb on January 27, 1880 the world had very little use for electricity, so while there was a small amount of electro Magnetic Fields being produced by the earth it’s self. The production was extremely small and unimpactful.
Over the next century we transformed from agricultural to a modern society. Power lines started crisscrossing the planet and as time passed the use of electricity became a part of every day life.
After WW2
After the troops came home after World War 2 Americans became starved for electricity and over the next 50 years powerlines were built all across America.
Homes everywhere had televisions, refrigerators, radios, lights and other electrical appliances that would never have been dreamed of a hundred years before.
Cell Phones changed the game in 1983
Cell phones were introduced to Americans in 1983 and Americans fell in love. No more waiting at home or at the office for a call and American adored the freedom the new devices afforded.
Today over 90% of adults in America own a cell phone and 53% of children have a smartphone by age 11, and 84% of teenagers own a cell phone.
WIFI was introduced in August 1999
In August 1999 Americans awoke to a NEW modern convenance, to power their homes with, WIFI!
Over the last 25 years WIFI routers have been installed in over 92% of the homes in the United States and this enabled Americans to use their phones, computers, I-pads, televisions, etc. throughout their homes without internet or phone cords!
Possible Health Impacts:
Autism – In 1983, the year cell phones were introduced: 1 in 2,000 children were born with Autism, in 1999 when WIFI was introduced 1 in 500 babies were born with Autism, as of 2024 the rate is now 1 in 31 babies are born with Autism.
Alzheimer’ – In 1983, 2,170,000 suffered from Alzheimer’. By 2000 the number had risen to 4,300,000, today 7,200,000 Americans have Alzheimer’.
Cancer – In 1980 Brain Cancer rate was 2.65 cases per 100,000 today it is 6.95 cases per 100,000; Breast Cancer – 71.9 cases per 100,000 women today it is 132.9 per 100,000. (Ladies STOP carrying your cell phones in your bra.) Testicular Cancer has nearly doubled since the introduction of Cell Phone. (Guys STOP carrying your cell phones in your pants pocket.)
Cell phone companies, power companies and providers of Wi-Fi will inform you that although EMF is radiation there isn’t definite proof that EMF is to blame for any health problems.
Does This Sound Strangely Familiar?
Starting in the 1920’s Tobacco companies have promoted cigarettes as the way to have a richer and more glamorous life, using attractive women, kid-friendly characters and celebrity endorsements to heighten tobacco’s appeal. To counter growing concerns about smoking risks, Tobacco companies showed that physicians were also smokers, even hiring doctors and dentists to endorse their products, using slogans like “Just What the Doctor Ordered” and “More Doctors Smoke Camels,”. Today even with all of the proof that smoking is harmful to your health there are still many in the Tobacco industry who claim smoking is not bad for you.
History Shows That when Profits are at stake the public can be misinformed.
